When you submit the match form, we collect what you type: your town, water source, situation, any contaminant you name, your name, phone number, and email address. The site itself does not require an account and does not collect payment information.

How it is used

Form submissions are used for one purpose: connecting you with an independent local water testing or treatment professional. Your submission is shared with the professional we match you with so they can contact you about your project. If you checked the consent box, you agreed that Down East Well Water and that professional may contact you by phone, text, and email, including by automated means. Consent is not a condition of any purchase, and you can opt out at any time by replying stop to a text, asking to be removed on a call, or emailing us.

What we do not do

We do not sell your information to data brokers, and we do not share it beyond the professional match described above and the service providers that process the form delivery.
